We are looking to bring someone onto our team that has a minimum of two years of work experience in event production and project management. You will work directly with the leadership of the Production Team to support on various events, projects and creative campaigns.

Client Relationship and Management
Meet with clients to understand and translate client objectives to the internal project team. Ensure the client’s needs are being met, in partnership with the Client Lead;
Collaborate with Client Lead, clients and internal project team to develop initial project scopes, objectives, requirements, schedules and budget estimates;
Participate in weekly project meetings with Client Team and Internal Project Team members.
Develop weekly email for project update reports for client(s)
Project Development and Planning (pre-production)
Develop and execute original ideas, concepts and experiences;
Prepare, amend, and ultimately finalize a project plan to include: project overview, budget, timeline, deliverables, programming elements, etc.;
Prepare event overview documents for clients and internal project team members detailing the run of show, potential venues, prospective speakers/performers, project timeline and deliverables, budget, staffing etc.
Have strong budgeting, labor and contract negotiation skills to support the Client Lead in development and tracking;
Manage vendor relationships and all physical production needs;
Identify and secure production needs for the event, this can include: coordinating with local vendors and community partners, including: catering, equipment rentals, lighting, A/V, scenic design, staging, valet, security, insurance, etc.
Source venues for various projects. This work includes, but is not limited to, research on venues, retrieving quotes and costs, scheduling site visits, negotiating contracts, communicating with location owners and managers, etc.
Support with media and traditional press relationships.
Support on communication with local artists and community partners.
Project Management and Evaluation (Event and post-production)
Stage + Event management and scheduling;
Support on the ground event staff onboarding and execution;
Lead the programming and outreach efforts to bring community members together to experience culture and discourse.
Manage post-production needs including: budget wrap up, vendor payments, rental returns, etc.
Execute impact reports for clients post-project.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$50,000 - $60,000 (based on experience)
